Massage can restore calm, increase circulation, diminish muscle aches and greatly reduce stress.  There are several types of massage that we offer here at Tangles to accommodate your specific needs.

  • Swedish Massage

    Let your mind drift as our massage practitioner works to relax muscles, increase oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles leaving you feeling relaxed yet invigorated.

  • Deep Tissue

    A great massage to prepare for and or recover from physical activity.  Slow deep pressure is used across the muscle grain, and combine customized techniques to ease and restore function to muscles and joints.

  • Myofascial Release

    Myofascial Therapy is a whole body treatment that recognizes that tightness and restrictions in one area of the body affects the whole body.  This approach uses highly interactive stretching techniques that require feedback during the session from the client to determine the direction, force, and duration of the stretch.

  • Chair Massage

    Don't have time for a full session, but have neck or back soreness?  Seated chair massage is provided over the clothes and lasts about 15 minutes for that quick "fix" to get you though until you have time for the full session.

    Need to escape, but don't have the time for vacation?  This "escape" is perfect for leaving you feeling completely relaxed and restored, in only 60 min.  This package includes five 60 minute full body massages for the price of four!!
